While filling the NEET Application form one should keep the following documents scanned copies.

• SSC Mark list
• Passport size photograph
• Post card size photograph
• Left hand thumb impression

Speaking about the SSC Mark list, one should submit the Long Memo which is the finalised Mark list of 10th.
