i want to apply for neet 2020 ..and my original certificates are with the management where i am pursuing my first year in b.pharmacy ...can i upload xerox of my long memo of my 10th or scanned original short memo ???

It is not recommended to upload a xerox or scanned copy of your certificate as NTA strictly mentions that they are not allowed.
You should contact the college management instead and submit an application for the same. They will give you your certificate and then you can upload it for NEET application form.
