If you are aspiring for a job in PSU,then i want to tell you that most of the psu's require a minimum eligibility of 65% marks in bachelor's degree.

The age limit is 21-30 years with some relaxation to sc/st/obc candidates.

If are having the above qualifications,then you can apply for a job in different psu's.

But the thing you will have to clear for getting a job in any PSU is the personal intrview round.After your graduation is over,you can work on your skills,personality,spoken english..etc.

So it will be good if you can maintain atleast 65-70% marks in your graduation.

I can't understand this first class or second class term but if you are talking about Percent below 60 or above 60 then i must tell you that it depends on PSU's. For General category it lies between 60 to 70 same for OBCs and for SC/ST it lies between 50 to 55 percent.
