Your percentile is good.As per previous years cutoffs you have a good chance of getting admission to NIT Trichy but you may have to compromise with your branch .And you have the advantage of SC category so it might be possible to get a good branch.You can also apply for other NITs.

To get admission in any of the top NITs, minimum 98+ %ile is required. However this is for general category. Whereas for the reserved category- candidates 95+ NTA percentile is required for to get into the top NITs. And for NIT Trichy rank within 2.5 to 3K is a must for reserved category candidates. Based on the  percentile that you've mentioned, getting a seat in NIT is possible but not in the top branches.

According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be approximately close to 70k and your category rank will be close to 6k-7k,with this rank you will able to get seat in NIT trichy but not top branches you will get lower branches like metallurgical and materials engineering.
