Well, the cut off rank in Jee Mains for getting admission into VSSUT, BURLA remains around 70k-80k every year. You can't get computer science engineering but may hope of other branches like mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and many more. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling but your selection solely depends upon the number of enrolled candidates and number of seats available in the college.

With the rank you're mentioning chances are a little less that you'll get into VSSUT Burla but you can surely wait till the few rounds of counseling is done and moreover it also depends on the branch you are planning to go for, if it's a core branch you're interested in then you may not get it but you can definitely check out for other branches.
