I posted this yesterday no one replied to this i was totally disappointed at that time . But Today i Browsed https://appgecet.nic.in/INST_TO_CANDIDATES2019.pdf on (6. CANDIDATE LOGIN  _ 2nd page of pdf) i found that

(  Attention of GATE/GPAT candidates: Carefully choose your options as certain courses are eligible for stipend (based on GATE/GPAT score) and others are non-stipendary.

 For APPGECET qualified candidates, fee reimbursement eligibility is based on their submission of income certificate or ration card for all types of courses.)

It was writtened like this . to confirm i phone called so many pvt colleges , self funded colleges , university colleges and finally appgecet convenor , everyone told me that for all types of courses fee reimbursement is applicable in appgecet

I hope this solution will help me and you

My doubts also same.Please answer anyone.I am asking about APPGECET candidates not Gate/Gpat candidates.
