Hii paramita
As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so this year the cut-off marks is slightly higher as compared to previous year so based upon your marks you might get a seat in government medical College under 85% state quota seats.

Hey there, You have scored 503 marks in NEET and your rank is 47000. With these marks, there are fewer chances of yours being getting admission in any government college. But still, you can take in some government colleges, semi-government colleges, and private colleges too. I would suggest you check for government colleges, semi-government colleges, and even some good private colleges too in your state as you can get a seat in reserved quota too.

I would personally suggest you use the NEET Predictor and explore various colleges according to your category and home state quota and choose the best one for you as this college will be your future lifeline.

Hello student,
With a score of 503 in the general category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 379 was required to fetch one a seat in the Maldah medical college in the general category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. Yet, you stand on the safe zone only. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
