Hello, First semester starts in August or September depends on college who decide when to conduct classes. and end of the year is march and again a new session of 2nd year starts in july month.

This may not be accurate but this is the average or predicted one. when you will get an admission, college will message you when they will start conducting classes. You can join at that time.
