Sorry to say dear but you don't get it before exam. Because after exam it will depand what is the cut-off marks. Because if questions are tough and students didn't get the right answer then this year cutoff marks will low. If questions are tough but students get very good marks then cut-off marks is high. If questions are easy and students get ans all then cut-off marks is high. If questions are easy but students could not perform well so cutoff marks low.

So you see it's all depend on the examination day. So it cannot possible to know the cut-off marks before the examination. But all experts are assume before examination that what is the cut-off marks actually basis of previous year cut-off marks. But it's not true for every year because the reasons are given above to you.
