IIT Delhi has released the GATE 2020 results for admission to various postgraduate engineering programmes offered by IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs.
According to previous year cutoffs of various IITs, with 630 marks in GATE 2020 your rank would surely be >1400, so it will be very difficult to get any course in any IITs as usually the seats of all course are filled by 600-700 rank. You might not get any NITs also because for them ypu need below 800-900 rank.
However you might opt for private colleges which take GATE score for admission.

see every year cutoff score changes  and varies from  college to college it depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, branches of engineering etc. since this year question level is easy compare to past years cutoff scores chances to increase.

however you have decent chances in nits, iit guwahati, iit patna, iit bhu  etc,
