If you consider previous cutoffs then you can get following colleges:

(As you have not mentioned your category hence i am assuming you as a General Candidate)

IIT BHU (Last year it was around 680 (Round 1)

IIT G (Theoretical Computer Science)

IIT Patna and IIT Mandi.
