Hello,
You should choose Uttar Pradesh as your State of Eligibility.

The state selected for 15% All India Quota has no bearing on the student’s admission process since admissions to 15% All India Quota seats doesn’t have any domicile requirements.

You should select the state where your permanent address is located or where you fulfill the 85% eligibility criteria.
