If you ask this question in relation with the entrance examinations of medicines like NEET UG or AIIMS then I am sorry, there is no promotion for the sports quota and there are no marks given in these entrance examinations. Everything is based on merit. Yes sports quota may help you in your 12th standard boards results which may give you around 10-20 marks + as per the qualifications and achievement in your sports.
