Its not impossible to do anything but managing your college studies along with the NEET preparation is a difficult task to do. You can't ignore your college studies to prepare for NEET. I have already done this mistake and hence i am suggesting you that if you are so passionate about medicine than you should completely focus on NEET preparation.
After a complete hectic day spend in college you no energy left to study and your syllabus ( for neet preparation) lefts behind.
But if you are confident enough to balance both the things than you should go on.
You have to be strict about your routines and time tables with equal aqmount of time given to both of the things.
