Sir in upsee official wenwebs I have cheked previous year cutt off.....sir I just wanna know that in OPGL the opening nd closing rank given is mention as per GL rank or GN rank ......nd sir can I get csjmu Kanpur with 16000 (GL) rank plzzz reply sir
