B.Sc Microbiology is basically a study of Micro-Organisms which affect Human, Animal and Plant Health. The syllabus varies college to college, So I would suggest you to refer the recommended books by the university as per the syllabus.

What basic tips you want to know kindly specify more your query.

But..mam I am in going in 12 std now so how do I take knowledge of these field???

You need to study of microscopic organisms, such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoa etc. This includes fundamental research on the biochemistry, physiology, cell biology, ecology etc. so if you are a Science student, It will be easy, It also depends on your capability.
