Dear Tushar, MHT CET is for students who want to study engineering and technology courses. It is not for Mbbs in Medical colleges in Maharashtra. Now there are no more State Level Medical Entrance Examinations. NEET is the National level Entrance Examination for admissiin into Medicak, Dental and Ayush colleges across India including Maharashtra.
