Hey

To become a civil engineer, the first step is to pass their 10+2 in science with physics, chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects with the minimum aggregate. Then you can apply for the entrance examinations like JEE Main,JEE Advanced, BITSAT, SRMJEEE etc for admission into top institutes. There is also an option of pursuing a diploma in civil engineering for those who do not want to pursue Bachelors degree or want to gain some expertise before pursuing it.After completing the Bachelor's programme, candidates can opt for a Master's programme in under to get a better understanding of the field and learn a few more advanced concepts in the career as a civil engineer.
