Every year the marks required for admission varies. so it can't be concluded that with 59% marks in which college you will get. My suggestion for you will be apply to most of the colleges and then see in which you can get into. There are three colleges in Bangalore which offers the course of BSc Medical Lab Technology and this are-

St Johns Medical College, Bangalore

Christian College, Bangalore
