According to your marks in NEET, I have made a list of some colleges which have a cut of less than 470 marks for general category. 

1. Mysore Medical College, mysore. Cut off 443.

2. Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya. Cut off 402.

3. Karnataka Institute of medical sciences, Hubli. Cut off 455.

4. Belgaum institute of Medical Sciences, Belgaum. Cut off 428.

5. Vidyanagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellary. Cut off 428. 

These are some of the government medical colleges for the respective cut off for the year 2018 in general category.

Please note that every year the cut off marks vary and tend to change every year depending upon the difficulty of the exam and the increasing number of students appearing for the exam.
