You havenot mentioned your domiciled state. Without that it's difficult to predict. If you belong to states like delhi where cutoff is too high then you cannot get a seat even in private colleges. BUt if you belong to states like Karnataka where the cutoff is much low then you have chances of getting a semi government college. And you can surely get a seat in private college.
