Hello!Sai Karthik
It will be difficult to say just by saying NEET score chance of getting Medical college.Provide me HOME STATE QUOTA ,so that I can predict.As cuttoff for each state medical college vary.For some state 420+ score under SC quota seems decent while not for other state.

my marks is 414 and belong to sc cat from karnataka any chances... last tym cutoff was 290
