Mostly private college of Rajsthan Give you a addmision in CSE branch. It is upto you what private college you select. After that you have a option to fill REAP 2018 form where you fill your JEE marks and 12th marks. Bases of your JEE and 12 th marks you can get college of RTU university and your interested branch CSE. So select best colllege in REAP Form to get addmision in CSE branch in Rajsthan college

I don't think I am getting luxury to select after such terrible performance.
Well, can you tell me what college can I get in such marks

You can get addmision in SKIT,JECRC,PURNIMA,ARYA college, MLVTEC college ,they cutoff not goes high.yes may be you don't get seat in first counseling but in next 2 counseling you get easily addmision in these college.they cutoff doesn't goes high.
