I got 60 marks in jee mains and obc rank is 61075 ,which colleges I can get?

At this marks I don't think you will get any college through JOSAA counselling..

You have less chances in government colleges you can try in private colleges. You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
