Hello Aspirant,

JEE Main 2019 Qualifying cutoff is 89.7548849 as General Category. You should meet the cutoff to be eligible for JEE Advance & for JOSSA counselling. In order to get admission in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, You should have minimum 75% as a General category, With this percentile the chances are also less to get a seat seat with this JEE Main Percentile. You can also use JEE Main college Predictor tool to know your admission possibilities in state level counselling,
