To get admission in any college, whether it is private or govt related to healthcare, you atleast need to qualify NEET.
Every year the qualification mark for General is 50th percentile i.e. a score of 110-130 generally which can vary each year.
Your score is well below the cutoff qualifying score so you are not qualified in NEET. Hence, you wont be able to take admission in any college on the basis of NEET marks.
