Hello Pratyush,

According to your marks your rank will lie between 3k-6k with reference to previous stats.You may get a seat in above mentioned college but not in your desired branch.Getting Cse or ece is impossible but you can try as the cutoff changes every year so you can sail through it.But the chances are very less nearly to impossible. Go for other colleges of bangalore which are good.
