It depends on colleges. Most of the government colleges require you to be pass your 12th with a 50% or so. Some colleges require you to appear for their special state entrance exam to get admission in the college.

Depend karta hai ki aap konse college mai admission lena lena chahte hai. Jyada tar Government colleges mai minimum 50% marks chahiye hote hai aapke 12th par koi colleges aise hote jaha aapko unke state ka entrance exam dena hota hai.
