With the marks bracket, and the money bracket whuch you have mentioned,  you won't be finding any medical college. 

Its an inverse between money and rank.

Higher the rank, the lesser fees you have to give.

Lesser the rank, higher the fees.

300-400 are less marks and hence only private and deemed university is possible which have exorbitant fees
