Here is the eligibility criteria for GUJCET exam made by Gujarat secondary and higher secondary education board..here are the details for Gujarat common enterance test..

. minimum age 17 or above.
. candidate must have passed class12th from a well known board like CBSE , Gujarat board or equivalent.
. must be a citizen of India with domicile of  Gujarat.
.for a candidate of general category one must have atleast 50 % in class twelth.
.45% for reservation candidates
.ones who are interested in engineering should appear for jee mains
. candidates for bams, and paramedical subject should have physics,  chemistry and biology in class twelth.
.in application form details should be correct.
.You can apply for the form from 23 March.

So if you have Gujarat domicile you can apply.
