Eligibility criteria of Domicile Certificate
The applicant should be the resident of Gujarat.

Any person who was born in Gujarat and has been residing therein at least for ten years is eligible. The wife and minor children of the having his residence in Gujarat are also suitable.

Any person or her/his family member who was in regular Government service of Gujarat can apply for the domicile certificate..

According to this if You belongs to gujarat from.last 10 years then You are eligible for domicile.
