Hello Aspirant,
Your question is not quite clear, so I would request you to make it little bit more clear so that we can guide you more accurately.
See if you are going to pass your class 12th in 2022 then you can appear for JEE-Advance 2022 and 2023 provided that you qualify JEE-Main 2022 and 2023 respectively. So if you want to take a drop and appear for JEE-Advance 2023 then also you can do so but note that JEE-Advance 2023 would be the last attempt for you even if you do not appear for JEE-Advance 2022. But for JEE-Main, you are eligible for JEE-Main 2022, 2023 and 2024 if you pass your class 12th in 2022.
No if you appear for JEE-Advance and get a seat but later on if you want to change your college then you can do so but then you will again have to appear for an entrance examination and after 2023 you cannot appear for JEE-Advance. But you can take admission in other colleges on the basis of their respective entrance examinations and if you are seeking admission for engineering courses then I don't think that you should leave an IIT because IITs are the most premier engineering institutions of India.
I hope this information helps you, if not then please elaborate your query a little bit.
Good Luck!!!!
