As usual and like every year, NEET will have 180 questions. 45 questions will be asked from Physics, 45 questions will be asked from Chemistry and 90 questions will be asked from Biology. Every correct answer will get 4 marks and there is 1 mark taken away for every wrong answer. The total exam is for 3 hours for 720 marks conducted in pen and paper mode. There will not be any other sections except for Physics, Chemistry and Biology and no assertion and reason section will be present.
