You can absolutely do a B.A or B.Sc after diploma. You can either enroll as a regular candidate for the full time course or do a distant education Bachelors degree of the same stream with your 10+2 marks. Indira Gandhi Open university offers some great courses of the sort you are looking for. For enrolling in B.Sc you are required to have taken science subjects for your higher secondary education.
