Have gap in 11th and 12th and i don't have phy chem and bio in my bsc 1st year which code should i apply for neet 2019...

If you have gap between your 11th n 12th, there will be no issue for that and so you need you fill your 12th marks n the year of appearing in 12th in the NEET application form. Your qualifying code will be 01. You don't require to fill any of your BSc informations in your NEET application form.
