You can take admission in Karnataka Medical Colleges under All India Counselling. But you cannot take part in the online counselling of Karnataka or for that matter any other State's online counselling process. That is for candidates who hold the domicile of that particular State in this case, Karnataka. In short, you can take part only in your State Counselling process.
