Hi Divakkar..sorry to say, but your percentile and rank is not that good for fetching you a seat in NIT.

Dont get devastated, there are several other colleges too. They are also good, the only thing that matter hard work. Just try to give your best in your future.

If you are from SC/ST then only there are slight chances of you getting a seat in NIT otherwise it isn't possible. You can either take a drop and prepare again or you can apply in GFTIs in the spot counselling, you will definitely get a seat there.

Sorry but with such low score and percentile you cannot get into NIT no matter which branch you wish to opt for.You can try for other engineering entrance exams too.You have good HSC percentage so you can get into other decent college through other entrance exams.
