I'm assuming you're a general category student as you haven't mentioned any specific category.
With 66 percentile you won't get into any NIT.
Even cutoff for advanced is 89.75 percentile.
Also you've more than 75% percent in boards so how much above 75% doesn't matter.
You can use the college predictor to expect which all colleges you can get into using your JEE Main score:
