Hello Saurabh

Dear , it is extremely difficult to predict marks required by you to get a seat in AIIMS

This is because,
Earlier admission in aiims was on the basis of Aiims mbbs entrance examination and  this it is the first time ever when AIIMS will be conducting admission through neet ,
also cut off marks for medical colleges including aiimd will depend upon various factors like

  • number of students that appeared in the exam,
  • kind of marks obtained by them ,
  • toughness level of the examination etc.

but yes getting into aiims is not going to be easy as seats are very limited  and the  competition is huge for Aiims , considering these things,
you should target around 650 + marks in your neet dear if you want to get a seat in Aiims if you belong to sc category

Good luck for your neet examination

Thank you
