Dear student,

Yes you are eligible to apply for admission for an Australian university as the requirements are:

Minimal 65% average marks in 10+2.
There is no age limit.

Since you have diploma and it is recognized by government as equivalent to intermediate so will not have any problem in applying for the Australian universities.
