Hey aspirant, Centres are not mandatory to be near your residential address you can provide the cities to where you can conveniently reach.

Four options will be asked from you while filling the application form for Jee Advance.

You have to provide the centres in the preference of your convenience to reach there but if you want your centre to fall in another state then its absolutely alright there is no issue.
