RBA or Resident of Backward Area is given reservation in J&K only. In NEET, there is no such option. If you belong to J&K, fill the NEET form as General category. Later, at the time of counselling, mention your category as RBA to avail the benefits.

Since there is no such category column given in the application form and so candidates have to select open category option. You have to go for General Category-(UR) option only, later then during the counseling process.. you're required to provide your original and complete documents of your RBA- category.
