Well done on your exam! Being an obc candidate, if you want a private mbbs seat with these marks, it should be possible. You are highly likely to get a private seat. 

I would also like to add that private universities are of two types: Deemed universities- self governed universities and others Private colleges are registered under government university. Deemed University's usually have lesser cut-offs but higher fees. So, choose wisely.
