See ur marks is fair enough for u to grab a seat in the good govt college under state quota and some of the college under all India quota to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. U can also opt for private one but that doesn't count good in front of the govt one. I m providing u a link for ur help.
