You pass 10th in 2025 then you can ask school for TC
Go to your school office and write one simple application
Say reason like going other school or city
They give TC after checking your record and result
TC mean Transfer Certificate needed for join next school
Some school ask fee clear before give TC
Take parents sign also on form if needed
School take 2 to 3 days or more to give TC
You also ask mark sheet and conduct certificate
If not give TC then contact education board office
