Your over all expected rank will be around 173802. The formula is (100-your total percentile)*869010/100

869010= total number of candidates appeared in JEE Main January session.

Your category rank will be in between 43-143. In 2019 the cut off for Computer Science Engineering for OBC-NCL PWD category was as follows

NIT, Surathkal: 20
NIT, Tiruchirapalli: 26
NIT, Warangal: 21

Considering previous year cut off you may not get seat in these NITs. But cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam, number of seats available etc. You may get seat in NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Puducherry, NIT Silchar, NIT, Rourkela.
