Hello,
Congratulations for the board and Mains result. But you can't get CSE with this ranking in NITs and IIITs because it is distributed at higher rankings like under 2000 or 1000 maybe sometimes 3000. But since you got 90% in board you can try for private institutions on the basis of percentage or their University exams.
