Hello sir I am form ST category I got 89.93 percentile in jee main's and 56.60 in 12th can I get NIT'S or IIIT'S by these percentage

you are not eligible to get into josaa counselling process, as eligibility includes 65% in 12th class.
You have a good percentile in JEE Main but you are not elegible because of your 12th percentage
you can better opt for some other private colleges.
