Firstly congratulations on getting good rank. There are many universities and private college ee which you were eligible for it except SV UNIVERSITY , ANDHRA UNIVERSITY and ACHARYA NAGARJUNA UNIVERSITY you can opt for any college in AP except above 3. 

if your parent is government servant then you are not eligible for reimbursement.
