Congratulations for clearing GATE examination. Considering your score 29.67 in Electronics & Telecommunication it is almost difficult to gey call from PSU's, IIT's, NIT's.

Here are some PSU's cutoff mentioned below.

          PSU                            Cutoff (SC)

1.   HPCL                                     59.14

2.   NTPC                                     64.64

3.   BARC                                     58.33

4.   GAIL                                       60.48

So, in genaral if you have to get admission in IIT and NIT you should have minimun marks above 55 in GATE exam.
